Already dead?
Hello! My wife's Kobo Libra Color wasn't used for a month or so, when she tried to use it yesterday, it was froze on the last book she read. I've tried to recharge it overnight, tried to plug it to my laptop, tried to reset (page turn + power 30s), nothing happens. I'm trying to speak with Kobo right now but no luck. Any ideas? Thanks!

Did you charge from a wall charger?

For the reset, power 30s, release and then page turn hold and then power up to 30s.

A couple of the Kobos I've tried to do a factory reset on using the page turn/power turned out to need the power button held to force a power off. The screen is useless there since it just displayed the last image and the owners did not realize that the power was on and the CPU was hung.

That's odd. I had a charging problem with my Clara 2E, and live chat was very helpful. They replaced the unit right away. I'd advise try again, maybe getting a different agent would be helpful.
