Gone with the Wind
So, I know the story on why mobileread currently does not have a copy of Gone with the Wind up but why? To me it seems that they wouldn't have a legal leg to stand on. It's on PG Australia and I personally think that we should toughen up and host it.

Not speaking for MR in any capacity, I'd suggest that if you really want to see MR host it you be prepared to cover MR's legal bills, provide backup hosting for the site when the Mitchell estate issues a take-down notice, and so on.

It's not worth the hassle. We pass on this one. If you want it, it's on PG Australia.
