Calculated field for Read column ?

Hello,

I am now using the Reading Goal plugin to manage my reading progress.
I sometime use Calibre Web to access my library and it requires a Read field to filter Read or unread books.

Is there a way to have the Read field defined such as it will be True if the value of the progress field is 100% ?

Otherwise, I often forget to manually keep them in sync.
