A novel of action and adventure, with some similarities to Rider Haggard’s “She”. Both feature lost African kingdoms with imperious queens.
In this tale, the narrator is a young Englishman whose best friend at school turns out to be an African prince, who must return and reclaim his kingdom from the usurping Great White Queen.
