Die Titelheldin Alice wird während eines langweiligen Picknicks auf ein sprechendes weißes Kaninchen mit einer Uhr aufmerksam. Sie folgt dem merkwürdigen Tier in dessen Bau und fällt dabei in einen tiefen Schacht. Am Ende des Schachtes angekommen landet sie schließlich in einer traumartigen Unterwelt, die vor Paradoxa und Absurditäten nur so strotzt. Umgeben von Fabelwesen erlebt Alice ein fantastisches Abenteuer.

Das Buch wurde erstmals 1865 veröffentlicht und fand gleich nach seinem Erscheinen großen Anklang und viele begeisterte Leser - einschließlich Königin Victoria.

Diese Fassung enthält einige der weltbekannten und wunderschönen Illustrationen des britischen Zeichners Sir John Tenniel.

Excuse my rusty German... does it mean "some of the illustrations"? If you are interested I can provide cleaned 300ppi scans of all the illustrations (I used them in my PDF editions).

Yes, it means "some of the illustrations". I did not include all illustrations to avoid unnecessary page-breaks which would decrease fluent reading with the small reader displays. The quality of the illustrations could be better...
So yes, i would appreciate it if you could send me your scans.
