Amazon Kindle Support :)
The light on my wife's Kindle case was acting up.
I called Amazon last night after work, and they told me they are sending a replacement case. Today around 2pm it came in. All I have to do now it to print out the prepaid label and send the old one back, Nice easy and fast service. |

Heck yeah. For sure, Amazon [and Kindle] Customer Service [CS] is among the very best in the business. Period.

The quality of the hardware is important but people usually forget that being able to deal with issues when those arise are equal or more important as well.
Amazon has one of the best customer services in USA and I probably, in the world. I've being an Amazon's customer for almost 11 years and no issues so far. They try to put customer 1st. |
