just wanted to say how much i appreciate you guys already.
hi, im new to this forum but i have been a member of forums before and have NEVER felt more welcomed than i have here. I am a small time tech junkie who needs to play with ever thing i buy. (i root, i unroot, i giggle and then sweat when i mess up) I have joined forums to find out info and just to get others opinions and have felt like i was "bothering" those who had more information than myself. So anyways thank you and i think im going to like it in your neighborhood.

While it isn't the norm, any community of information should welcome new people. We all had to start somewhere, and if a person has a want to learn, and is willing to put in the effort, then why should we stifle them?

For the most part, this *is* one big family of book lovers. I think we naturally have respect for other's opinions. And like any large family, we have our share of oddballs. You learn to either ignore or enjoy the oddballs. Welcome to the family....

We also all like cats and dogs. Ok, and gerbils.

I miss my Pyrenes. They were great dogs.
And I hope you don't like gerbils too much... |

gerbils are slightly frightening. And i have seen hamsters attack, im sure for some they are fine but wow they are like little ninjas when provoked. just saying.

<feeling like a guy that walked into a room at the tail end of a very interesting conversation...>
For the record, I love dogs and cats and most all 4 legged things in between. But having been a dog owner 3 separate times in my life, I must nod slightly towards those goofy canines. Last edited by lestatar; 06-04-2011 at 01:37 AM. |

Since my brain is having trouble resolving your user name, every time I see it, I see "jellybelly". But since I like jelly beans, it's not a bad thing. Other users have fared far worse in my interpretations. I still think of DiapDealer as a guy selling diapers door-to-door. (Shhh... don't tell him.) Now, I must go before the rabbit sees me. Edited to add: I still think of vampire bunnies every time I see celery. |
