calibre does not recognize my device

Dear all,
today Calibre does not recognize my device. In the past it did which makes me all confused.
My device is a Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra Smartphone with a Kindle app on it.

Calibre help tells me to post the error diagnostics in this forum, when all other hints do not help. They don't. My Windows explorer sees my device.

Please help me if you can!

According to that log your device is being detected successfully.

I suggest simply rebooting your computer. If that does not work, restart calibre in debug mode (right click preferences button) and post the log.

i have tried everything including factory resetting my tablet
i did restart in debug but i do not know where to find the log ...sorry

i have this sporadically if you are using windows and they have done an update recently make sure that you have updated calibre and it seems to work again
