Help me : Unbrick Kindle paperwhite

Hi All
My Kindle paperwhite( KPW) had brick because i'm try to use kindle collection manager for index it. Now, my KPW not start by the way and no active althought i tried hard reset
Help me and give me instruction information to edit it. Please help me

Return it to Amazon as 'broke' .

"Brick" is not enough information to describe how it is behaving.

"try to use Kindle collection manager" is not enough information to describe what all you did to it.

Since this is the first (and only) report of a collection manager caused "brick", it is most likely something else that you have done.
Something in those things you did not mention. So tell us all, or return it for exchange.
