I'm hoping to be able to post the LRF version tomorrow.

There is an LRF edition on Cory's site, but the person who converted it looks like he just took the HTML, added ToC links and didn't check how poorly the HTML is formatted and that it needed more work to look good using html2lrf then just adding in a ToC.

For those interested in the PDF, it's not all that wonderful to read being in two narrow columns.
