Smile help on nook simple touch glo light.

i have got a nook st as my sony prs505 seems to be giving in after 5 years,
i would like to know how easy it is to transfer epub on to a nook and do you you use ade like with my sony. i am not very techy so dont want to open the nook until i have a little info on it. any help much appreciated many thanks in advance.

When you connect your nook to your PC, it shows as a mass storage device. You can then drag and drop your ebook files.

I personally use Calibre for file transfers.
