DOCX
As long as epub or other reflowable content e-book format not keep notes and highlights within the file, I find docx files to be a convenient format to keep them, improvable though. Nowadays I convert epubs into htmlz (using Calibre) followed by saving it as docx (after unzipped). I do not use the RTF-output in Calibre as the resulting file is not as neat as the htmlz file. The problem is that using this procedure I do not get to keep the links (endnotes, bookmarks...) from the original file. Any suggestion on how to keep those links in a semiautomatic (I do not mind to do some manual job but I won't edit all links manually ) conversion?
Thank you |
