Tolino Vision 6 can not turn off.

i messed up my tv6's tf card, and i want to restore the image. But i can't turn it off now.
By holding the power button, it wont shutdown.
By holding the power button and down page button, i can get into fastboot mod.
But i cant get into recovery.
Any suggestions? I'm trying to avoid remove the tf card when power is on.

In the condition in which your device is, I removed the faulty card and inserted a working one. There was no problem.

Yes. the device running out of power on the second day. Then i change the tf card. it cames back.
