Can I save a PDF on the web locally?
There's a couple of PDF's I'd like to read on my ereader rather than on my PC. Is there an easy way to do it? I'm on a PC (Win 10) and will be reading on a Supernote. Once I have the PDF locally then I can read it on the Supernote.
Many thanks Mike |

It turned out there was a really simple solution. So simple I feel a bit stupid now. View the PDF on your PC's browser then just hit save current page in your browser then transfer the file to the documents directory via USB.

I disable PDF & Office file viewing etc in browsers as it has several issues. So I'm automatically offered to download/save.
I also disable default download location if possible and set to Ask, if an option. |

Not to digress within this thread, but yes, I do exactly the same. I can't stand manipulating a PDF in an unfamiliar browser viewer (which typically has a very limited feature set) rather than using a dedicated PDF viewer that I use all the time.
