Shipping a Kindle to Canada
My sister is ordering me a Kindle from Amazon and having it sent to me in Canada. Should I expect to have to pay some sort of duty fees or taxes on it when it arrives, does anyone know?

Canadian duty should be included in the purchase price - Amazon tacks it on as part of the Amazon Global program, so you shouldn't have any worries when the package arrives.

That's good to know, I was worried that my "gift" was going to cost me something! Thank you!

Just make sure it is delivered directly from Amazon to you and not routed via your sister.
