I "cheated" a bit with this and put the illustration captions onto the illustrations themselves, rather than make a table for each or figure out some other way to keep the text attached to the picture. I think it looks fine, but any feedback/constructive criticism is welcome since I'm still fairly new to this.

Alex, the one your have is what I would like, without the borders, preferably. I'm going to take a look at that book you recommended. I'll put it up, but probably not till tomorrow. I forgot to suggest last night that you could open up the ebook and see what I've done - though I'm assuming that you are familiar with CSS and HTML. If you don't want a border just leave that out.
