Marvin 2 -> Marvin Classic, Updated to v2.9

Marvin 2.x has been renamed to Marvin Classic on the App Store. I've also released version 2.9 with the following (long overdue) stability improvements:

Updated: Several stability improvements.
Updated: Improved reliability of backups larger than 4GB.
Updated: OPDS connectivity improvements.
Updated: Dropbox multi-file download stability improvements.

In the release notes for Marvin 2.9, the word "new" mistakenly got omitted, and it says "140+ features" instead of "140+ new features".

Is there a tutorial for Marvin Classic (V2)? Specifically I'm looking for some way to go to a dark theme or "night" mode similar to that of FBReader.

Everything I'm googling seems to point to V3.

From memory: tap the centre of the page and the top and bottom icons show. Tap the Aa one on the bottom row of icons and then scroll through the options (right and left < >) until you come to the screen colour options.

You can also setup fast theme switching so it is just a double-tap, or three-finger swipe or somesuch.
