aocwei x500 son's tablet...do not start...please help me...
hello, i'm italian and i do not speak english very well.
i'm writing to you because i have one problem with my son's tablet of aocwei x500 it doesn't start i can't go to go in setup to reset it like a new. how can i do that? i mean how to do an hard reset in recovery mode, or use a software with my desktop could you help me? i have one x500 with fcc id: 2AW6V-M7. thank you in advance. regards g.l. from italy |

Sorry. It can be difficult to get a not-well-known device working.
There doesn't seem to be much information on what kind of processor this has besides "octacore". Last ditch rescues are usually dependent on the processor. You can try to make sure this is charged, connect it to a desktop PC and see if it is recognized as a USB device. Try to power it on holding various buttons at the same time. |
