PocketBook Touch reagiert auf gar nichts mehr
Hallo,
seit etwa zwei Monaten lese ich auf einem PocketBook Touch E-Reader. Und seit etwa 15 Minuten hat er sich komplett aufgehängt. Er ist auf einer Seite stehen geblieben und reagiert nicht auf die Tasten, nicht auf Bildschirmberührung und nicht auf die Reset-"Taste". Ist das jemandem von euch schon einmal passiert? Hilfe!! Ich bin dankbar für jeden Tipp!!! |

Stelle einmal eine Verbindung zum PC her und schaue ob damit eine Reaktion ausgelöst wird.

Wenn man ihn an den Computer anschließt, leuchtet zwar die grüne Lampe, aber der Computer erkennt ihn nicht und darüber hinaus ändert sich auch nichts...

Das kann ich gut verstehen.
Versuch es mal zu laden, am besten mit einem externen Ladegerät und nicht über den Computer. |

Habe ich die ganze Nacht über gemacht.
Zustand unverändert Kennt irgendjemand außer mir dieses Problem? Es kann doch nicht sein, dass mein PocketBook das einzige ist, dem so etwas passiert?! Nach wie vor ist es auf einer Seite "eingefroren" und durch nichts dazu zu bewegen, diesen Zustand zu verlassen... |

Also wenn es sein muss kriegt man ihn auf und kann dann die Batterie auch entfernen, aber ich würde (wenn vorhanden) erstmal die Speicherkarte entfernen, vielleicht hat er sich in ner Index-Schleife aufgehängt, der nächst logische Schritt wäre Forkosigan zu kontakten und mal hören was der so sagt, ich weiss nicht wie die Reaktion ist wenn du das Gerät aufmachst...

Seit gestern hat sich auch mein Pocketbook von der Außenwelt verabschiedet - ich kann immer noch die Seite sehen, die ich als letztes gelesen habe, das war's aber auch schon
Bei Computeranschluss ging das Lämpchen an, genauso wie wenn ich es mit dem Handyladekabel lade. Ansonsten tut sich nichts. Kein Reset hat geholfen, gar nichts! Aber es ist, wenn man das überhaupt so nennen kann, beruhigend zu wissen, dass ich nicht die einzige mit diesem Problem bin. Hat jemand schon mal Pocketbook selbst gefragt? Denn Support vielleicht? Ich werd' denen jetzt mal 'ne E-Mail schreiben. Liebe Grüße BBW |

Ich hab das gleiche Problem schon 2 mal gehabt, obwohl ich das Pocketbook Basic 613 erst vor 3 Wochen gekauft habe. Ab und zu friert der Bildschirm ein.
Abhilfe: Du musst den Reset Taster mehrfach drücken, wenn er beim ersten mal nicht reagiert. Ich habe ihn bestimmt 15 mal gedrückt, erst dann hat der Bildschirm geblinkt und der Rechner ist neu gestartet. Jetzt habe ich mal den internen Speicher formatiert, vielleicht tritt dann der Fehler nicht mehr auf, ich werde es sehen. |

Ist bei meinem alten Basic auch so. Wiederholte Resets haben nichts geholfen...

Das Problem hatte ich bei zwei alten 360ern, die ich verschenkt hatte. "Hard-Reset auf Werkseinstellungen" hat in beiden Fällen geholfen. Für das anschließende Neueinrichten sind rudimentäre Russischkentnisse hilfreich. Ciao Hermann |

Beim 360 konnte man die Batterie noch selbst entfernen, das ist bei den neueren Modellen mW nicht mehr möglich. Hard-Reset hat definitiv nicht geholfen, Reader ist unterwegs zu Pocketbook ...
