Password protected lock
I have a Kobo Vox that someone put a password on to prevent people from unlocking it. I need to do a factory reset on the device. Is there a way of doing a factory reset other than in the settings, or is there a way around the password? I have tried disconnecting the battery but it didn't help. There is a button under the back cover that I tried pressing, but it doesn't seem to do anything either.
