Help with my Table of Contents

So I just started calibre and I'm converting a few of my ebooks, however, it doesnt seem to be able to find the chapter seperations, I tried going into the table of contents and on level 1 I typed in "chapter" where it said "With Value(Regular expression) when i converted it like this it seems to have 2 of each chapter linked

example: TOC looks like this
Chapter 1
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 2

so on, when I'm in the kindle itself I can skip chapters easy enough with just the alt and the 5 button to the right, but I'd like it to look nicer in the TOC itself, any help or advice?
