Error with converting docx to epub

Hello,

I have been having issue with converting docx format eBook to epub format lately.

Below is the error message that I am getting. Any advice would be appreciated.

That's a really strange error, it indicates something is deleting calibre temp files on your computer.

First try updating calibre to the current version.

I've updated Calibre to the latest version.

I am now getting different error message.

That's the same error message, just a different temporary file. You have some software on your computer that is deleting temporary files out from under running programs. You will need to find out what it is and uninstall it.
