Would it be possible to do three-letter searches?
Considering that extensions for most formats (doc, pdf, rtf, lit...) have only three letters, I think it would be very useful.

Two letters too. I was looking for UK and it wasn't possible.

Modifying our search engine to include three-letter searches (or even two-letters) is not as trivial as it might seem.
We'd have to reconfigure our database server. Most likely, it could lead to a decrease in performance and a considerable increase in the search index. I'll have done some internal testing first and if it's OK, we'll go down to three-letter searches. |

Three or two letters search would be great, but what I'm REALLY missing is "AND" with multiple key words search!
There is a lot of useful information here at MR forum, but it's really hard to find anything without this. |

OK, three-letter searches are now supported, both in our forums and in the Wiki.
bojan, boolean AND's are supported with multiple key words. |

Great! Thank you very much. This is a great improvement, especially for new members, in my opinion.

Also on those sites that wont let you use a three letter search, just do it from google aka search for "lit site:mobileread.com"
