If you are interested in buying a USB2 stick, I'd look for the Plextor PX-F1GB-2!

It offers 1GB flash memory and offers amazing transfer speeds: 13 MB/s (writing) and 23 MB/s (reading). Unfortunately I haven't found it in any online store yet.
