Otto Penzler: Locked-Room Mysteries
Apparently Otto Penzler's giant compendiums of mystery stories sell well, because another will go on sale Sept. 9, 2014 - The Black Lizard Big Book of Locked-Room Mysteries.

Amazon has the Kindle edition listed at $12.99, and the paperback at $19.00.

I can vouch for Penzler's Black Mask and Christmas collections.
