rss2book release 11

Release 11 is done! This fixes some bugs, but the main cool thing it introduces is the ability to publish any feed configurations you may create so that they can be shared with others, and to subscribe to feeds that others have shared. The latter is real simple; just go to File-Subscribe, and choose the feeds you want from the list, then click Subscribe and you're done.

For now the publish mechanism uses a username/password built into the app. If I find it is being abused I'll lock it down more and people will have to get passwords from me before they can publish. Hopefully that won't be necessary.
