Unhappy Kobo Aura One - Wifi and PC issues
Hi, I bought my first kobo (second-hand).

However, I can't connect it to the wifi. I can't synchronize it via my PC either...

When I try to connect it to a wifi network, I get the following message:

OneStore silver Release 3752 3752 webteam rel_Q_ 231115_Second 123e35c43250687333650032ade92d84b32fe 01_ HD_OneStore 2023-11-15 14:15:12 (Manual Build) Placeholder 1.0.0.0

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Have you tried different USB ports and cables?

I would suggest continuing this discussion in the Kobo forum. Just luck that I ran across it in the Introduce Yourself forum.
