Buchclub - Buch-Nominierung August 2013
Das Thema für den August 2013: Literarische Klassiker des 20. Jahrhunderts
Bedingung: Das Buch muss in deutscher Sprache lieferbar sein, im besten Fall als deutsches Ebook. Das Verfahren: Jeder hat 3 Stimmen, damit können Bücher vorgeschlagen oder andere Bücher unterstützt werden. Daraus ergeben sich die folgenden Möglichkeiten: 3 eigene Buchvorschläge + 0 Unterstützungen 2 eigene Buchvorschläge + 1 Unterstützung 1 eigener Buchvorschlag + 2 Unterstützungen 0 Buchvorschläge + 3 Unterstützungen Idealerweise verlinkt ihr euren Buchvorschlag mit einer Beschreibung oder schreibt selbst eine kurze Inhaltsangabe. Wenn ihr ein Buch unterstützen wollt, schreibt ihr: Ich unterstütze ... Bücher mit 1 Unterstützung nehmen automatisch an der Abstimmung teil, weitere Stimmen sind nicht nötig. Die Nominierung endet am Sonntag den 7.7.2013. Gibt es 20 Bücher mit einer Unterstützung wird das Thema jedoch vorzeitig geschlossen. _____ Nominierungen mit Unterstützung (11): 1. Lauter interessante Vorschläge, ich weiß gar nicht, was ich unterstützen soll Ich warte mal ab, was noch alles kommt. Selber nominieren werde ich nicht, dazu sind schon viel zu viele gute Sachen dabei.

1. Ich nominiere Jack Kerouac: Gammler, Zen und hohe Berge
2. Ich unterstütze Tom Wolfe: Der Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test sowie John Irving: Das Hotel New Hampshire und habe damit meine Stimmen aufgebraucht. Sieht gut aus momentan. Die anderen Vorschläge sind auch sehr attraktiv. Paul Auster habe ich noch nicht gelesen, was wäre mal interessant jetzt. Fitzgerald werde ich dank pynch gewiss in Kürze wieder lesen. Imre Kertész ist mir unbekannt, da werde ich gleich mal nachschauen was das ist. Bei Murakami bin ich mir unschlüssig, da gab es mal Auseinandersetzungen über die Qualität der Übersetzungen seiner Werke und da hat er sich sehr seltsam verhalten wie ich fand. Das wirkte auf mich wie "Ich kann kein Deutsch, ist mir egal, Hauptsache die zahlen". Das muss aber nichts über das Werk aussagen das ist nur ein Eindruck den ich hatte. |

Mit meiner letzten Stimme nominiere ich: Die Strasse der Ölsardinen von John Steinbeck. Gibt es leider scheinbar noch nicht als Ebook, ist aber auch auf echtem Papier lesenswert |

Ich finde es lustig, dass nun keiner mehr den Fänger im Roggen vorschlägt, den schon viele abgenickt hatten.
