Do you know if stylus in 350 and 650 are same size?.

Can I put stylus 350 in 650 hollow's stylus?

Yes, they're the same. If you broke one, remember you can order one for a reasonable price that chris77586 made for us through Shapeways. The only difference is that it doesn't have the "notch" around the tip, which I think is what makes it snap into place. The replacement stylus stays firmly in though, there's no chance of it slipping out, and they're very sturdy.

When I remember to pick up a small circular saw for my Dremel, I'm going to try and add that notch to the end and see if that is indeed what makes it "snap" in place.

I got a semi broken sony prs-350, and see a sony prs-650 that loose stylus.

I will see in shapeways if broke my stylus in the future, Thanks!

Always pull your stylus straight up until it clears the silo. I believe most breakage comes from pulling the stylus up and to the right before it clears the silo.
