Cannot modify selected data within Export Calibre data

Hello,
The first time I use "Export/Import all Calibre data", Calibre ask us to select within the existing fields and save this selection.
But I do not find anywhere how to modify/delete this first selection in order to choose another one for further extracts.

You cannot modify a previous export. The next time you export you will again be asked which libraries you want to include in the export
