Crime and Punishment by by Fyodor Dostoevsky, Richard Pevear and Larissa Volokhonsky (Translators) is $2.99 at Amazon, B&N and Kobo US. Amazon is showing it for $0.99, but I think I have credits and Amazon is playing games with their pricing.
