There seems to be something wrong with either the USB port or the USB stick……. not good.

Power off, remove USB stick, insert SD card that worked, power on, does it start up?

Insert USB stick, is it recognised?

Then the installation on the USB stick is “kaput”.
Might be something minor or something major, dont’t know.

And do not know why. It might have something to do with the “low power” messages.

I would suggest to start over again (with the other USB stick or not, you call).

Then put on a smaller calibre database (takes less time to put on) and finally reboot without keyboard, mouse and monitor ( less power draw).
And see what happens.

ok, will manage 2 things:

1. Install the OS on the 2. stick and try to boot and follow all instructions from the very first beginning

2. Install the OS on an fresh micro-sd card and try to boot and follow all instructions from the very first beginning as well

This will take some time, I'll keep you informed

1. Step is done (using a 64gb usb-stick):

Fresh installation, everything works fine
Changed power supply (no idea, whether this one is better or not, but has a switch on/off)
Calibre database is installed
Reboot without keyboard, mouse & monitor
Calibre-web is active (after running the https://freemyip.com/update?... token)
Followed the freemy.ip.com instruction and set the xxx&redirectURL=www.google.de token as my homepage to update my ip-adress automaticalls = works

Reach my Raspberry now by the use of total commander and sftp-address and be able now to exchange data between the PC and the PI

In order to make the PI desktop visible at the PC I will try to install "xrdp" at the PI and connect with windows remotedesktop connection

So far, so happy :-)

On windows install realVNC viewer.
