After seeing your post, I realized that I hadn't received either the email or the $5 credit. So after a 10 minute call to Amazon, I received a $5 courtesy credit.

I got the $10 credit from buying from a small business by accident. I had looked through the list and found nothing I needed or wanted, but somehow something I bought recently qualified anyway. So check your email, including spam, because it came from a different address than usual:
