Take them out of the oven sooner or she might be baking them at too high a temperature.

My Mom is a very good cook and baker but she cannot make brownies to save her life. I swear, she can put them in the over for 15 minutes and they are over cooked. It is really impressive. Dad is the brownie maker in the family.

My biggest compaint about the movies is the amount of stuff that was left out, and how the tone of the earlier ones didn't always match the books. That's why I find the people who have only watched the first one yet seem to be able to judge the whole series based off that to be idiots.

and thats my point too, the ebooks have not been priced, so they could be cheaper.

The tone of the first two movies did match the tone of the first two books though. The books got darker after that, and the movies followed suit.

There was a lot left out of the movies though, that I thought did effect the tone. Nick's Deathday, SPEW, St Mungo's, Percy betraying his family, etc.

The movies could never convey the day to day activities at Hogwarts that the books did. Without that, the movies felt like they were rushing from one important scene to the next to an adventure scene to the conclusion. You lost the daly interactions between the other students and teachers that made the books whole.
