Yeah, t know exactly what she means, though. One of the first things I do is turn down the temperature when I walk into a hotel room. But some times that doesn't work. Sounds like a good V&R thread!
On book prices and availability. Yes, it's a problem, and one we all need to watch out for. Library wait lists can often preclude that as a solution, unfortunately. But this is exactly why we have somewhat longer to acquire and read. And the one year old requirement is also to help address both price and library availability. |

The one year old requirement is a guideline now (recommendation). Use common sense.

Frankly, I'm only participating in this if I can get the book at the library (or I already have it)... I’ve tried to limit myself to buying ebooks under $3, though there have been a few exceptions.

All of the non-fiction nominations sound at least worth a try this month, it's the prices and lack of library access that's keeping me from supporting most of them.

Well, I'm a bit concerned because so much of the quality of this book will depend on the quality of the translator, plus I'm not a huge manga fan, but it deserves to get through to the vote. I'll use my last ticket to third All You Need Is Kill.
