try running /mnt/us/extension/midori/usr/bin/toggleKeys by hand via ssh and see what drops out please...

Yes, and it's awesome! Even if without keyboard can't test too much else xD Preferences looks really good, much better than in portrait mode! Downloading now latest update

There is NO REASON you cant replace that toggleKeys script WITH YOUR VERSION of matchbox keyboard ;P

That's exactly the reason it is an external script
replacement -plug and play keyboards totally possible.

(just like you asked for in osmo)

If you will ever put matchbox keyboard, send me before a landscape version of kterm (or anything else) so i'll set up a landscape version of matchbox layout too.

What about inserting a splash screen (even blank) to block the users from clicking around while midomi is loading?

PS What's the difference between midori and midori (temp-web)?

web version will store up to 100mb (configurable in preferences) of cached data on the FAT.

tmp-web will put that into the /tmp folder instead (on peoples devices who have /tmp/root as their DEFAULT home)

I'm trying to figure out why and when preferences are settled to default... I've just rebooted the device after midori hanging while adding feeds, and now my settings got lost again

because your DEFAULT storage location is /tmp/root
(amazons decision - not mine) which gets wiped with every reboot...

let me see if there is switch to use a custom config location...
