Your library's OverDrive Advanced Search page (browser/desktop) is probably more suitable for what you have in mind.

So it goes. I had hoped that there would have been a way to search the three libraries I have linked in your plugin as opposed to having to search each of the three.

Perhaps at some point this could be enhanced when it fits with your development plans. Being able to limit the search to particular fields, for example author, and requiring all words as opposed to any would likely be enough for many cases.

Thank you so much for this plugin, I have been wanting this integration for AGES.

I'm seeing the same problem as miss_p1nky with the Title column in the holds tab. It'd be great to be able to resize the columns, or customize which columns are displayed.

I think I noticed upthread that you added a "Borrow and Download" options to the holds, any chance you could add it to the search as well?

Seriously though, finding this plugin has made my day! I get 99% of my books through Libby, and the disjointed multi-step workflow has always annoyed me. But no longer!

The title column will resize together with the plugin window, so expand the plugin window if the title column is too narrow

If you have toggled the "Borrow" button in the holds tab to "Borrow and Download", the button in the Search tab should also become "Borrow and Download", are you not seeing that?

Some libraries require verification of the card after some time (to ensure that you still have a valid library account). When a card needs to verified, you won't be able to borrow books/place holds.

But I haven't quite figured out when it's a verification required error vs. other errors, so I may remove this for the next release.

You can try this:

Download the Let's Encrypt R3 certificate https://letsencrypt.org/certs/lets-encrypt-r3.der. Import it into the Windows certificate store by double-clicking on the file and follow the subsequent prompts.

Sorry if this gets out of topic but I'm truly curious as I've never encountered this. Do you mean the card expires? A library has never asked me to verify in the 3 years I've started to use Overdrive a lot. If you've ever encountered this, can you show me screenshots? Or perhaps a link to a website that explains this requirement. Thanks before.

Happened to me a week or two ago. I am fairly such it has happened before and I probably would not have paid much attention to it this time, but for the fact that it would not verify as it said the servers were overloaded and was denying all requests until the issue was resolved. I tried logging in about five or six times (on Libby and overdrive websites) over the course of two days before I got in.

My personal Libby account is >5 years old and I've only gotten prompted once to verify in Libby (as far as I can remember).
A US library card I borrowed for testing did not appear to be verified since 2020.

I don't know if verification applies to all libraries or if the period varies by library.
But in anycase, it probably doesn't happen frequently, which also makes it difficult to troubleshoot this for the plugin.

Ah yes, server overload happened to me several times but usually it'd resolve in a day or two. I didn't know it's verification protocol. Thanks for clarifying!
