I have a replacement kindle coming which was supposed to get to me tomorrow in Australia. It has been stuck in Cincinatti for 2 days now and it needs to get to LA then take 2 days crossing the pacific then another two days doing customs and being delivered to me. I had also ordered a wifi and a 3G as gifts on the 8th and 9th. Nothing yet. Yet people in the USA are ordering on 12th and have got shipping notices. This sucks. So much for first come first served on the amazon website.

Mine is shipped and said delivery estimate is Sept 17. So I'm expecting it to arrived tom! Cool. I choose the super saver free shipping.

It said like:
Date: Sept 16, 2010
Time: 6:48:36 AM
Location: Campbellsville KY US
Shipment has left seller facility and is in transit

Yey!!! I'll be getting it ealier. KY is near TN too.

When I ordered mine it said it would be dispatched on the 17th. I just got an e-mail saying it'll be dispatched on the 29th. Fail.

Got mine already at 2:30ish PM today together with my Hot Pink Kindle lighted cover. It's charging right now. YES!!!

My August 31st order arrived on Sept. 16th,

and my Sept. 10th order will be arriving September 20th.

Both 3G.

The only sad part about the Kindles arriving... is that I must bid farewell to this thread!

My Sept 9 order did not even show shipping soon sign yet. Amazon only said" will inform me when it is ready......" . I am really disappointed since other people order now can get delivery by next week, yet my order on Sept 9 is not yet processed.......
