I told Amazon I would be residing in one country or the other at various times of the year and would be changing my address in my account settings between Canada and the U.S., depending on my physical location. They know, they're OK with it, so right now I am an Amazon.com account holder residing in the U.S. at a U.S. address. I was surprised to see this book show up with the high price.

I've actually purchased items from Amazon.com and had them shipped to my physical U.S. address, so it's pretty clear where I am.

I just tried this book at Amazon.ca and Amazon.com without having signed into my account. Amazon.com lists it at $11.02, Amazon.ca at $1.99.
