Mine was comfortable immediately. I fold the cover completely around behind the Kindle and tuck the tab into the same hole you use to keep the cover closed.

Thanks you both for your input and suggestions. I finally used the super strength in my fingers to bend it to my will. For some reason it wanted to fold back at an angle, so I forced the spine to crease down the center and after a day in that position, it's behaving itself.
BTW, I received the clear Vizu skin today and it fits on my Kindle inside the M-Edge cover. Now I have the option to the stand on the Vizu when I'm out at lunch. |

Hmm I looked at the Vizu skin and it made me think of my Kindle being in a ski mask. How well does the clear one disappear for you?

Oh, now that is clear! You might want to post that nice picture to Amazon to help others as well. To me the picture Amazon has of the black skin makes the Kindle look like a bank robber.
Thank you for sharing. |

Sony Reader's screen doesn't have any problems with magnets.

I see that M-edge is releasing the Leisure Jacket for the Kindle. The say that it's "not waterproof", but show a woman floating in the pool and reading. That's exactly what I'd like to so, so I'm assuming the case is at least water resistant?
I've ordered one, it's supposed to be shipping July 16. |

Here are some quotes from M-Edge's website about this cover:
"This stylish, padded case features a read-through, clear, vinyl cover which helps provide protection against moisture, dirt, dust and sand." So...it protects against MOISTURE, but I wouldn't guess complete wetness. Let's read on... "Clear vinyl cover with OPENING for the Kindle's scroll wheel." Well, with an opening it's definitely not going to be waterPROOF, but it would still protect against many splashes I would think. But this next quote is where the rubber meets the road: "Note: This case is not waterproof." Well, there ya go. It's not waterproof. I'm interested in this case though. Let us know how you like it when it gets here. |

'Sigh.........
I finally broke down and got an M-Edge kindle cover in red. Oh my goodness. The smell of leather alone is wonderful. The feel of it in my hands is sensual. The little strap works way better than I thought it would. Now I'm not ashamed to take my Kindle out in public.........
