I ordered my Kindle (wifi only) on the 25th. It shipped yesterday and is now 2 hours away. I should get it sometime today.

I just got my "Shipping Soon" status! I ordered a Wi-Fi only on 8/28 in the morning and my delivery estimate is 9/14!

This is my first kindle and I'm excited!

Will all the 8/27 being shipped soon I hope mine comes soon. So far all I see when I log in (twice a day) is the usual spiel about notifying me when they have a shipping date. Fingers crossed it will be shipped soon.

Now that I've had my K3 for a grand total of four days, let me offer my humble opinion: It's well worth the wait. I love my K2, but now it looks so bulky and cumbersome by comparison. Amazon hit this one out of the park!

I logged in to check and although it still says that they have to notify me about a hipping date it also says that it's shipping soon and I can't cancel the order. A little strange, but I won't complain.
