ok Vox Rooted but when i run "Install Google Framework" after about 5 sec it tell me that "the application OogleVox (process com. danielsarfati.Ooglevox) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
Question, has anyone in the UK tried this? could the Vox's be different for different markets. David |

Hi David_A,
This is the first time I've heard of a problem with OogleVox, so just a few questions: 1) Do you have enough space on your SDCard? (you need about 15MB free on your INTERNAL SDCARD) 2) On the SDCard, is there a folder called OogleVoxFiles already? If so, please delete it 3) Did the superuser window appear and did you give OogleVox root access? There may be multiple times where it asks for root access. 4) Do you see the spinning window saying that OogleVox is installing? 5) can you recreate the problem and send me the logcat output? |

Got about 800MB free
Removed all OogleVoxFiles and App. Restarted Vox Reloaded app from fresh DL Asks me Install Google Framework Remove Google Framework Donate Click on Install Google Framework Says Now Installing Google apps This time the spinner disappears after about 5 sec Ooglevox has not made any system modifications yet is still showing. No rebooting or asking any questions about Root access. Just back to the OogleVox Screen Ok, umm whats the logcat output? Yours in confusion David |

is there a specific order that some of them need to be installed in? |

and try upgrading your superuser. Although I did originally try this with the original gingerbreak method, so I'd be suprised. |

1) Download a terminal emulator from here : https://github.com/jackpal/Android-T...ator/downloads 2) Just out of curiousity, try to do "su" and let me know what happens 3) if su works, just run exit, if it doesn't, let me know what your message is 4) re-run OogleVox and let it crash 5) right after, re-run the terminal emulator and type logcat > /sdcard/logcat.txt 6) email logcat.txt to me. my email address is DANI ( at ) funkervogt ( dot ) com . I'll take a look at it once I get a chance. |

Ok, update, I've been trying this using my main system, Windows 7 64bit, this system has had all kinds of things attached to it including a Samsung phone via a USB cable. So, I have now tried on my older windows XP laptop (had to dust it off a bit first).
I now have a working Android Market renamed Play Store on my Vox. So a big thank you to everyone here for all your hard work in trying to Market onto the Vox. What it could have been is some sort of conflict between the Samsung and Android drivers in device manager it would show up as NTativrv01, but on the XP it showed up as K080. David |

I tried some earlier methods of getting market to work and could not get Oggle to work after that. I ended up doing a factory reset (and after 20 mins of update download errors) and once it was up and running oggle ran perfectly once I set up a google account.
I am now enjoying the "play" store and looking for edu games for the kids. |

New version has updated the Android Market to Google Play, I tested the old version with the latest update without problems. Let me know if this new version introduces any issues!

I'm running the latest updates and my Vox is rooted...
With OogleVox enabled (Access to Google Market) I noticed my Vox exhibiting the "Wake From Sleep/'Sleep Death'" problem. With OogleVox disabled (no access to Google Market) I notice the problem went away. |
