Now that is something I've never quite understood. My father drank iced coffee by the gallon, but I've never quite "gotten" it. Hot coffee? Yes. Cold? No thanks.
Meanwhile, very cold, very bubbly, faux San Pellegrino here, with my morning cranberry juice to take my pills. |

I enjoy a iced coffee on a hot day. It may not be everybody's choice but then one friend of mine loves Hong Kong style coffee tea (Yuanyang tea) so each to their taste.

Last tea of the day. I finished the gunpowder green tea, and today I opened a canister of Chinese black tea that I picked up at the local Asian market. Pretty much the only English words on it are "black tea". I rarely see black tea at the Asian market. It's really very good.

A cup of Lapsang Souchong. Not quite as smokey as I'm used to but still good.

Water and ice. Something alcoholic is tempting after spending much of the day babysitting the youngest granddaughter. But then I remembered a quote from H. Beam Piper: "Take a drink because you pity yourself, and then the drink pities you and has a drink, and then two good drinks get together and that calls for drinks all around."
