I wish! I got that same number from the Angus and Robertson website here in Australia where I bought my Kobo and at 10am our time got a recorded message telling me to call back in business hours!

At least the A&R staff I was then able to speak too (by calling a different number) were quick to offer a replacement and even to ensure I don't get slugged for postage for returning my Kobo (I live in the country, two hours' drive from nearest A&R store with stock).

But that means I am without my Kobo for up to two weeks and had to trek to the library for some dead tree books instead.
