Caleb, Dennis Lehane is really good. I read "A Drink Before the War" a year or so ago.
Liked it very much. That one is the first in his series with Kenzie and Gennaro. Mange |

I voted for Shutter Island too.
I've never read anything by Dennis Lehane before, but I remember how popular Mystic River was and that I wanted to read it. They made a movie out of Shutter Island, and they don't usually spend that kind of money to adapt a mediocre book, so that's why I voted for it. |

My sincerest and most humble thanks to you Bob.
A cool thing about the signed copy was that I could transfer not only the ebook but the autograph as well when I got my new Sony Touch (PRS650). I just realised that Jasper Fforde has got a lot more knowledge about ebooks. Have a look at his website here And about signing, there's nothing that beats his marathon here |

Oooh - Shutter Island got a couple more votes.
Actually, the only thing I would really care about is: - that I haven't read the book before - that I have access to an electronic copy of the book There's quite a few on the list that I've read so I'm secretly hoping they don't make it. I'm so evil. Regards Caleb |

Darn, this is going to be another hard choice... I'm going to have to think on this for a bit.

I've already read Shutter Island, American Gods and Hitchhiker's and have been following SMDS on Twitter for months so I went with The Moonstone.

I voted for American Gods, but will be just as happy with Hitchiker. Am I the only humor-loving scifi aficionado out here who has never read it? I saw the movie.
