The only author of this work is William Morris.

Betancourt is the publisher of this current edition.

Lin Carter had nothing to do with this edition. Also, the man is dead. Back in the late '70s Lin Carter edited a 2-volume edition, as part of its Ballantine Adult Fantasy series.

So: it should correctly read this way:

"The Well at the World's End," by William Morris and Dr. Drib.
