I actually like the opportunities for distraction that computers offer. Often when I am reading/working on something long and complex I fond myself needing to take frequent breaks to allow my brain to digest/recover from what I'm reading. Before computers, I would take a walk, eat something or stare at a wall. Computers allow those breaks to be much more productive

If I'm reading something simple enough that I don't need the time to digest/detox I rarely find I get distracted.

Device: PRS-600 Silver. Much nicer than I expected.
I agree that the original article title doesn't fully represent the content correctly. The quotes I picked out deal with issues related to hypertext and online content, not ebooks. In fact, I hope that ebooks will help me resolve some of my particular issues with this.
