Bigger screen at 6.8". Very even lighting. More font sizes so you have more choices. You can change margins and line height. If you are not in the US and use Overdrive, the ePub will work with the H2O. You can use the patches to customize the H2O. You can side load fonts you want to use.

Those things don't necessarily make it better for everyone, they just make it different.
