Which was worth a re-read.

Next up: F&SF for March/April 2020. I've been very pleased with the 'new' editor. Although I see that in fact C. C. Finlay has been editor for five years now!

Very popular. That's what keeps me going. It's interesting, just hasn't gripped me as much as I hoped.

I just finished The Lost Book of Adana Moreau by Michael Zapata. It was good. I'm currently reading The Keeper by Graham Norton.

I just finished James Islington's Licanius Trilogy, starting with The Shadow of What was Lost.

It was really good and highly recommended.

I just finished reading Passing Strange by Ellen Klages. This is an urban fantasy set in the lesbian community of 1940 San Francisco. I started reading this because the book I had intended to read last night wasn't on my Kindle somehow, and this was part of a 4 novella omnibus freebie from Tor that was on my Kindle. Bad decision -- I didn't get much sleep last night. This one grabbed me and kept me reading until I'd dropped the Kindle at least 4 times. And then started right back in on it first thing this morning. A solid 4 stars and highly recommended.

CRussel, and here I was thinking you were about to thank me for mentioning it in a footnote in a post to the New Leaf Book Club over a year ago! But yes, I did enjoy Passing Strange very much. I gave it 4/5 too.

Thanks, gmw! I had forgotten that recommendation, but that's exactly why it was on my Kindle in the first place.

Finished up Star Trek: Picard - The Last Best Hope. Better than I thought it would be, though of course, it contradicts previous TNG novels because it follows the new TV show. Still a good read.

Going to start Angel's Blood by Nalini Singh which I borrowed from the library.

I also started reading Grantville Gazette #88, and finished it quickly. It was OK, but the proportion of non-Grantville material is on the rise.

Still also reading F&SF.
