I made a few minor edits mostly link changes and price increases.

As of July 1st 2024, Metropolitan is now only available to Oklahoma state residents.

I may have found a couple of libraries to add. Further research still needs to be done. I'm undecided whether or not to include libraries with small collections. Any thoughts?

Updating the collection sizes will not be a high priority for me since it changes daily, and I'd rather first concentrate on library additions and deletions.

If anyone sees an error or has found a library to add, please let me know.

Several libraries have changed policy/procedure to in-person registration only. I highlighted these in red (instead of removal) in case they change again in the future.

On the positive side, there will be more additions than expected.

I updated the collection numbers today. New entries will be added soon.

Several libraries reduced their ebook collections while increasing audiobooks. Several have more Kindle titles now than epub.

Shout out to New Orleans library who now have the fourth largest audiobook collection - even surpassing their ebook numbers!

Howdy, folks. Can someone please provide a valid email address —that they know works— for the Ohio Stark Library? I’d like to get a nonresident card, but have tried two addresses without successful contact:
ecard@starklibrary.org got no response
jburley@starklibrary.org returned an undeliverable notice

You may try awoods@starklibrary.com. She responded to my renewal request last year.

I added two libraries today. Maricopa County has over 100,000 titles and apply by email. Little Rock with 65,000 titles and has easy online application with the fee automatically added.

This is great stuff and I appreciate how much work has gone into it.
But maybe this would be better at a fixed URL in a Wiki?
And how is this all organized? As an "Excel" spreadsheet or a database?

Yes it is.

Jon is correct.

No other listing, spreadsheet or compilation is used. No parsing or other data mining scripts are used. I want to keep this an internal MR created list. All data is manually entered into the first three posts.

I added two Oregon libraries that use the same Library2go Overdrive account. That is why there are three places with the same book numbers. The prices vary widely. The cheapest Cannon Beach uses an online application, and your number will be emailed to you.
